The 2023 Beijing Cyber Security Conference is an international cybersecurity professional event co-sponsored by China Electronics Corporation, Cyberspace Security Association of China, Internet Society of China, China Association for Friendship, China Institute of Communications, Big Data Operation (Cyber Security) Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and QI-ANXIN.
With the theme of ”Digital intelligence begins with built-in security“, this conference focused on the development of cyber security in the new environment of the digital economy. The content involves multiple directions such as policy situations, industrial development, and cutting-edge technology. During the conference, all conferences and activities will be broadcast live on the web, combined with various featured columns. It consists of 1 summit, 1 overseas session, 20 forums, and multiple highlight events. Nearly 200 top cyber security experts at home and abroad attended the conference, and more than 2000 participating organizations. In addition, as a highly international conference, more than 10 heavyweight international guests attended and delivered speeches, including Stephen A. The 8th GUANCHAO Forum was held in Beijing on July 6th, 2023 and the topic is “Jointly build a digital world with open source and data mobility”. Focusing on the permanent theme of "Jointly Build the Ballast Stone of the Global Village", the forum looked for the key to break through the predicament of future road of competition and cooperation in the digital world.
Innovation Sandbox is a professional platform for innovation and entrepreneurship of cybersecurity in China, featuring multiple outstanding startups. In the past 8 years, the Innovation Sandbox‘s top TEN received a combined total of over 4 billion RMB. A total of 70 starts up that were participated in, 45 of them received financial rewards
The BCS Camp provides a platform for Chinese cybersecurity practitioners to exchange ideas with top cybersecurity experts. The camp conducts closed door training sessions in line with conditions from different visitor groups by interpreting policies and regulations, analysing industry trends, technical issues, and sharing case studies practices.
The "Blue Hat Cup" National College Student Cyber Security Skills Competition is a high-profile and influential actual combat skills competition for the national police academies, which is known as the "Olympics" of the future cyber police. On the basis of the traditional CTF competition, this year, the fifth "Blue Hat Cup" added actual combat security scenarios such as electronic forensics and winter Olympic security to creates a new mechanism, "actualized, systematic, and normalized", for training cyber security talents.
